Terms of use
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Nextleg — the website at getnextleg.com, the web app, and the Nextleg apps for iOS and Android. Nextleg is operated by Dismal Training Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15097427, whose registered office is at 2 Sorrel Way, Oldham, England, OL4 2QW. By using Nextleg you agree to what follows. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. Nextleg is still being built
Nextleg is open for sign-ups and still in active development. Anything you see on this site describes where the product is heading, not a promise about what will ship or when. Features may change or be removed. While it is in development we make no commitment about availability, and you should not rely on it as the only record of a booking.
Nextleg is not a travel agent, a booking service or an airline. It records and tracks bookings you made elsewhere. It does not make, change or cancel them.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the app. You sign in with an email address, or through Google or a Microsoft account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be 16 or over to use Nextleg.
3. What you put in
Your trips, the bookings on them, the email you forward and the files you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them for the purpose of running Nextleg for you — reading a confirmation to pull out a flight, keeping that flight up to date, showing it back to you, and sending you a link you asked to share. Nothing more. We explain the detail in the privacy policy.
Using Nextleg means the bookings, emails and files you send it are read by an AI service — Microsoft Foundry, as listed in the privacy policy — to pull the details out of them. If you don’t want that, please don’t use Nextleg. The app asks you to agree to this the first time you sign in.
Only forward email you are entitled to forward, and only upload files you have the right to upload.
4. What you agree not to do
- Use Nextleg to break the law, or to store anything unlawful.
- Try to get at other people’s trips, or at the parts of the service that aren’t yours.
- Scrape it, hammer it with automated requests, or resell access to it.
- Take it apart, copy it, or work around the parts that keep it secure.
Nextleg exposes an MCP server so an AI assistant you use can read your trips and add flights on your behalf. That access runs under your own account and your own sign-in, and everything above applies to it exactly as it applies to you.
5. Shared links
When you share a trip by link, anyone with that link can see the parts you chose to include, without signing in. Treat the link as public and only send it to people you mean to. You can revoke a link at any time.
6. Flight and place information
Flight times, statuses, gates, maps and event listings come from third parties. We pass on what they give us and we work to keep it current, but we can’t promise it is accurate or complete, and a delay in an upstream feed is a delay you may see. Always check with the airline or operator before you travel. Nextleg is a convenience, not the source of truth, and we are not liable for a trip you miss.
7. Automated reading of email
When you forward a booking confirmation, Nextleg uses an automated system — including a large language model — to pull the details out of it. It gets things wrong sometimes. Check what it added before you rely on it. Where it isn’t sure, it asks you rather than guessing.
8. Paying for it
Every account starts on a free plan, which costs nothing. Pro is available today only through an invitation code, which also costs nothing, so nothing is being sold yet. Pro will be sold as an in-app subscription through the App Store and Google Play, at £9.99 a quarter or £29.99 a year including tax. Before it goes on sale, the terms covering payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds will be published here, and you will have to agree to them before you are charged.
9. The app stores
If you got the Nextleg app from the App Store or Google Play, that store is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. These terms are between you and Dismal Training Ltd alone.
For the iOS app specifically: Apple has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for it. If the app fails to conform to any warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund what you paid for it; beyond that refund, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with any claim about the app — including product liability claims, any failure to meet a legal requirement, and any claim that the app infringes someone’s intellectual property. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on a US Government prohibited-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you directly.
You must also comply with the terms of the store you got the app from.
10. Feedback
If you send us a suggestion, bug report or idea, we can use it to improve Nextleg without owing you anything for it and without keeping it confidential. You keep any rights you already had in it; you are just not charging us for taking the hint. Please don’t send us anything you consider confidential.
11. Ending it
You can stop using Nextleg whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop running the service. If we shut Nextleg down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your trips out.
12. Our liability
Nextleg is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, missed connections, or costs arising from information we passed on from a third party.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
15. General
These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about Nextleg. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don’t enforce something straight away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to someone else; we may transfer ours if Nextleg is sold or reorganised, and we’ll tell you if that happens. Nobody other than you, us and — for the iOS app only — Apple has any right to enforce these terms.
